 hi! toastmaster's international is a world-wide non-profit organization for public speaking. it's been around since 1924. they also offer youth leadership programs that teaches public speaking to kids - in more of a meeting environment and not like a classroom. it's an excellent program - i have friends who put their kids through it and they really grew in self confidence and self-esteem. see if there's a club near you - and good luck!:
